Registered Dental Hygienist - Earp Dentistry - Plymouth, NC

Pruitt & Earp Dentistry, Plymouth location is looking for a skilled Registered Dental Hygienist to join our wonderful team. The daily schedule will be one column. Our office hours are Monday to Thursday 8:00am to 4:00pm and Two Fridays a month 8:00am to 1:00pm. Responsibilities: - Perform all hygiene clinical procedures to include but not limited to, prophy, periodontal maintenance, scaling and root planning, sealants, fluoride, and intra-oral photos. - Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and provide personalized recommendations for dental care. - Conduct thorough assessments of patients' oral health and document findings in patient records. - Assist the dentist during procedures and maintain a sterile and organized work environment. - Administer local anesthesia (IF CERTIFIED) and nitrous oxide as needed. - Collaborate with the dental team to develop treatment plans for patients. - Stay up to date with the latest advancements in dental technology and techniques. Skills: - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with patients and colleagues. - Detail-oriented with the ability to accurately document patient information. - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. - Strong problem-solving skills to address patient concerns or issues.
