Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dentist to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to patients of all ages, with a focus on both preventive and restorative dentistry. This role requires a strong understanding of dental procedures, excellent patient care skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. $850/day for the first 6 months, then 25% of production workdays: Friday , Saturday Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient assessments and evaluations to determine appropriate treatment plans. Perform a variety of dental procedures including general dentistry, pediatric dentistry, oral surgery, endodontics, prosthodontics, and root canal therapy. Utilize dental software systems such as Dentrix for patient management and medical documentation. Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations. Implement infection control protocols and aseptic techniques to ensure patient safety. Educate patients on oral health practices and provide guidance on preventive care. Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants in four-handed dentistry to optimize patient care. Stay current with advancements in dental technology and techniques to enhance practice efficiency. Qualifications Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution. Valid state dental license to practice dentistry.. Proficiency in dental terminology and medical terminology is essential. Strong knowledge of anatomy related to dental procedures. Familiarity with medical imaging techniques and dental fabrication processes. Previous experience in a dental office or clinic setting is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills with a focus on patient care and assessment.
