Experienced Full-Time Registered Dental Assistant - Bagley Dental - Pasco, WA

Hey! One of our wonderful long time Dental Assistants can no longer work full time. Doctor Bagley is looking for an Experienced Dental Assistant to help him take care of his many patients. We provide the usual range of family dentistry services for all ages. We see patients four days a week, from 7:30 AM until 5:00 PM, with a lunch break around noon. We rotate which weekdays we work for the convenience of our patients. We do not work past 5 PM. We do not work Saturdays or Sundays. Work is steady and the pay is competitive. We offer quarterly bonuses for employees who help us meet our production goals. We offer paid time off which accrues with the numbers of hours worked. We make retirement contributions for qualified employees which includes a 3% Safe Harbor amount as well as a Proffit Sharing amount of up to around 8%. The same Doctors have been in our modern office since 2007, and we are looking forward to our next long-term employee. This position is full-time. Must be a Registered Dental Assistant with the State of Washington. Must be Bilingual, speaking both English and Spanish fluently. Must live in the Tri-cities area.
