Our friendly and fast-paced dental practice is looking for a motivated, people-first Dental Assistant who’s eager to grow and learn. What You’ll Do: Assist the dentist chairside during procedures — you’ll be their right hand! Set up and sterilize tools and equipment following safety and infection control protocols. Take dental X-rays (we’ll train you if needed!). Help manage the patient schedule and keep things running smoothly. Make patients feel comfortable and informed about their treatments and oral health. Use four-handed dentistry to boost efficiency. Help keep the office clean, organized, and ready for each patient. Skills You Bring: Good vibes and great communication skills — both with patients and teammates. Basic knowledge of dental terms and procedures (we’ll teach you the rest!). Familiarity with dental software like Eaglesoft is a plus , but not required. Understanding of HIPAA rules and professionalism around patient privacy. Comfort using dental imaging tools like 3D scanners (or willingness to learn). Bilingual? Spanish-speaking is a huge plus and helps us serve more patients in our community! Bonus Points If You: Have experience in a dental office — but again, not required! Are interested in pediatric dentistry, endodontics, or hygiene assistance.
