Company: Overview: Mile High Dental and Implant Centers located in Lakewood, is seeking an experienced Expanded Duty Dental Assistant (EDDA) to join our specialty dental practice full-time . Schedule: Full time, Monday-Thursday 8:30am-5:15pm Compensation: $27-$30/hr, plus bonus opportunities Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, PTO, paid holidays, 401k matching, EAP, short-term disability, long-term disability, and life insurance. Responsibilities: Preparing patients and treatment rooms for dental procedures Reviewing patient health history Helping to educate patients on appropriate oral hygiene strategies Assisting with surgical procedures, crown seats, and a variety of treatments Capturing diagnostic X-rays including bitewings, FMX, Pano, CBCT Capturing IO Photos as needed Updating patient charts and treatment notes in Denticon Skills: Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills both written and verbal Desire to be a part of a cohesive team Requirements 2+ years of experience as an Expanded Duty Dental Assistant X-Ray Certification Required Current CPR/BLS Certification Required EDDA Certification preferred Certified Dental Assistant preferred Experience with Denticon is a plus but is not required Accepting applications until we find the right candidate Pay Range: USD $27.00 - USD $30.00 /Hr.
