Come help our patients smile as an Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator! This is a fun and exciting position where you help guide our new patients through the initial phone call all the way to starting the treatment they deserve! Orthodontics is not only about straightening smiles, but creating a strong and healthy bite for a beautiful and functional smile. Help patients understand the benefits of treatment and explain the different treatment options. Work directly with the doctor and help lead the team. This is mostly an administrative position and some clinical as you will also take patient records (radiographs, photos and iTero scan). You will provide accurate patient notes and correspondence to referring offices. This is a leadership position as you will be directing the team as to the patient choices.
