Duties Teeth whitening Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures, ensuring a smooth workflow. Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment in accordance with safety protocols. Manage patient records, including medical histories and treatment plans, using software such as OpenDental. Take dental radiographs (X-rays) as required and ensure proper handling of images. Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dental clinic environment. Schedule appointments and manage patient flow to optimize clinic efficiency. Collaborate with team members to provide comprehensive care, especially in specialized areas such as pediatrics and prosthodontics. Qualifications Knowledge of anatomy and dental terminology is essential for effective communication and patient care. Familiarity with 3D scanning technology is a plus. Proficiency in managing medical records and utilizing dental software systems Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with children and families. Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a busy environment. Certification in dental assisting or relevant qualifications are highly desirable.
