Quality, patient-focused and caring orthodontic office, seeking full-time Dental Assistant. Experience preferred, however, we are willing to train the right person. Ideal candidate: - Has a positive attitude and growth-mindset - Is Professional and kind - Is Reliable and supportive - Is a team player and works well independently - Wants to work in a patient-centered office Open 8am to 5pm Mon, Tues, Thurs; Fri. 8-1: Assistants arrive at 7:30 and leave when the last patient is done. Responsibilities: - Assist the orthodontist in patient care and treatment - Take x-rays - Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment - Educate patients and parents - Ensure the orthodontic office is clean, organized and well-stocked - Provide exceptional patient care and support throughout smile journey Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent -Strong Communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Ability to pass a background check -Dental assisting license, X-ray certification, HIPPA / OSHA certifications, updated First Aid and Infection Control training (We can help with these requirements) What We Offer: Competitive pay and benefits package - including a 401K and profit sharing.
