What You'll Do: - Clean, sterilize and prepare equipment and operatory following standard protocols - Assist with X-rays and taking photos - Educate patients on orthodontic care - Provide education to patients on treatment - Review patient charts - Assist Doctor at the chair with orthodontic procedures - Ensure adherence to infection control protocols and policies What You'll Need: - High School Diploma or equivalent required - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with patients and team members - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Experience not required as we offer our own assistant training program - We have 3 locations, Norman, south OKC and Mustang- travel will be required.
