Ephrata Family Dentistry is looking for a skilled, compassionate, and reliable Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA) to join our team. If you take pride in your clinical work, enjoy helping patients feel comfortable, and thrive in a supportive, organized practice, weâd love to meet you. What Youâll Do Perform high-quality restorative procedures, including placing and finishing restorations Provide chairside assistance to the doctor during a variety of general dentistry procedures Prepare, disinfect, and organize operatories to maintain smooth patient flow Take accurate radiographs, digital scans, impressions, and assist with lab tasks Review treatment plans, explain next steps, and support patient education Maintain accurate clinical notes and follow established protocols Contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment and assist where needed What Weâre Looking For Active Pennsylvania EFDA certification (required) Strong clinical competency and attention to detail Comfortable with restorative procedures and digital workflows Professional, dependable, and committed to delivering excellent patient care Team player who collaborates well with both the doctor and front office Positive attitude and willingness to support the practice wherever needed Why Youâll Love Working With Us Supportive leadership that values communication and professionalism A stable schedule with predictable hours Competitive pay A collaborative culture where everyone helps each other and patient care comes first About Ephrata Family Dentistry Ephrata Family Dentistry is known for providing high-quality general dentistry with a friendly, patient-centered approach.
