We are seeking a talented and motivated Dental Assistant to provide support in our state-of-the-art facility. As a vital member of our team, you will assist our dentist in various procedures, including cosmetic dentistry, restorative procedures, extractions, and the fitting of Invisalign aligners. Ideal candidates will possess a Dental Assistant Certification and have at least one year of experience in a dental setting. Your proficiency with digital radiography/X-rays, CAD/CAM systems, and iTero is essential, as well as familiarity with Eagle soft and Cerec restorations. Your ability to work with intraoral cameras and handle dental procedures expertly will help ensure our patients receive the highest quality care. Duties Assist dentists during various procedures including restorative, same day crowns, Invisalign, and Implant Services Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing instruments and ensuring aseptic techniques are followed Take digital dental X-rays using medical imaging equipment such as 3D scanners and traditional radiography tools Record vital signs and patient medical history accurately in electronic health records (EHR) systems like Eaglesoft or Dentrix Manage patient flow as a dental receptionist, including scheduling appointments and updating medical records Ensure infection control protocols are strictly adhered to in accordance with HIPAA guidelines Perform chairside assisting with four-handed dentistry techniques to improve efficiency and patient comfort Educate patients on dental procedures, post-treatment care, and oral health practices using appropriate dental terminology This position provides an excellent opportunity for growth within the dental field for motivated individuals committed to delivering outstanding patient care.
