As an EFDA, you'll work closely with our Orthodontist to deliver top-notch care and ensure our patients feel supported throughout their treatment journey. Compensation & Benefits Hourly Rate: $25 - $30/hour based on experience Health, vision, and supplemental insurance options Signing Bonus Dental care benefit 401(k) with company match Paid time off Continuing education and career growth support Compensation: $25 - $30 hourly Responsibilities: Prepare for patient appointments and maintain a smooth clinical workflow Sterilize and disinfect instruments according to safety protocols Take diagnostic records and perform iTero scans Assist the Orthodontist during orthodontic procedures Independently carry out prescribed treatments within the EFDA scope Educate patients on treatment progress and care instructions Facilitate clear communication between the Orthodontist and patients Build strong, positive relationships with patients and families Qualifications: Current EFDA license in the State of Pennsylvania (required) Minimum 2 years of dental or orthodontic assisting experience (orthodontics preferred) Current Radiology License High school diploma or equivalent Excellent chair-side manners and patient communication skills Positive, team-oriented attitude with problem-solving ability Adaptable to fast-paced environments About Company Weâre more than a network of dental practices â weâre a community of care providers united by a shared mission: to improve lives through a comprehensive, patient-centered approach to health.
