Location: Brookfield, WI (easy commute from Watertown, Beaver Dam, West Bend, Elkhorn, Lake Geneva and surrounding areas) If you live outside Brookfield, we offer a $100/month commuter stipend to make the drive worthwhile. About Us We are a privately owned general dental practice in Brookfield, WI that truly cares about our patients and our team. We’re not corporate. We don’t double-book hygiene. Due to the statewide hygienist shortage and a colleague’s retirement/maternity leave, we are looking for one more hygienist to join us and help us continue caring for our long-term patients. What We’re Offering $55/hr W-2 Flexible schedule – 1 to 4 days per week No evenings and no weekends $100/month commuter stipend for hygienists traveling from outside Brookfield (e.g., Watertown, Beaver Dam, West Bend, Elkhorn, Lake Geneva, etc.) Predictable schedule with reasonable patients per day Extra time for new patients and perio as needed Supportive doctor and team – low drama, high respect Paid time off and holiday pay for qualifying team members Dental benefits for you and discounted care for family Schedule We are flexible: part-time or full-time Typical clinical day: 6–7 working hours (for example 8:00–2:00 or 8:00–3:00, depending on the day) We will build a schedule around the right person’s availability (1–4 days/week) What You’ll Be Doing Comprehensive, patient-centered hygiene care for adults and children Prophylaxis, perio maintenance, SRP as indicated Periodontal charting, radiographs, and documentation in our practice software Oral hygiene and prevention education Working as a true clinical partner with the dentist to co-diagnose and support patient care We do not rush hygiene.
