Provide exceptional oral care within an assisted hygiene model where dental assistants and hygienists work together to maximize efficiency, elevate patient comfort, and deliver the highest standard of preventive and therapeutic care. What You’ll Do: Perform gentle yet thorough cleanings and hygiene exams Take X-rays (or work with an assistant when available) Review/update patient medical histories Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventative care Document treatment notes accurately in OpenDental Follow infection control and safety protocols Communicate clearly with patients and the team Collaborate closely with dentists and assistants Stay current with hygiene best practices through ongoing CE Pay & Perks: $50.00–$60.00 per hour base pay based on experience, with an unlimited earning potential through our bonus system Sign-on bonus up to $2,000 Paid time off Paid holidays Paid sick days Uniform allowance Employee dental discounts Opportunities for professional development Supportive environment with room to grow $2000 annual CE Allowance 401(k) with matching Exceptional patient base Great team members to work with Mentorship from an owner truly invested in your success.
