Our privately-owned practice in Queen Creek is looking for a fun, reliable and dental assistant to join our team! We have an amazing team and truly treat each other and our patients like family! Open to new graduates and willing to train the right candidate. Position is Full Time: Monday- Wednesday 8am- 5pm, Thursdays 7am-4pm and every other Friday 7am-1pm No Weekends or Evenings Bonus System in Place Paid Vacation/Sick Leave Health, Vision and Dental offered (FT) 401k with Employer Match Responsibilities: - Assist the dentist during dental procedures - Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment - Take dental x-rays - Prepare and maintain dental materials, such as composite fillings and impression materials - Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-operative care - Schedule patient appointments and maintain patient records - Perform dental receptionist duties, such as answering phone calls and managing patient inquiries Skills: - Proficient in medical records management and coding systems - Experience in dental assisting, including knowledge of Dentrix - Familiarity with medical imaging techniques and equipment - Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with patients and team members - Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately - Knowledge of infection control protocols and sterilization techniques Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Employee discount Health insurance Life insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location: In person
