### Job Summary: As an Orthodontic Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care and assisting the orthodontist in various procedures. If you have a passion for orthodontics and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you. ### Duties: - Assist the orthodontist during orthodontic procedures, including taking dental impressions, placing brackets and wires, and adjusting appliances - Prepare treatment room - Take and develop dental x-rays - Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and provide post-treatment care instructions - Maintain accurate patient records, including medical documentation and treatment plans - Schedule appointments and manage the orthodontist's calendar - Perform administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, filing paperwork, and managing patient billing ### Qualifications: - Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills - Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Monday through Wednesday 8am-4pm and Thursday 8am -12 noon. One week paid vacation after one year and free orthodontic treatment for you and your family. Paid one hour lunch.
