What Weâre Looking For We are seeking a dentist who is: Reliable, positive, and an enthusiastic team player Compassionate and patient-focused Strong in communication and case presentation Competent in restorative care; in endo, extractions. Interested in mentorship and long-term growth Spanish-speaking is a plus (not required) New graduates are welcome â mentorship is available Responsibilities Deliver high-quality, ethical dental care to patients of all ages Diagnose, treatment plan, and present cases clearly Perform preventive, restorative, and optional surgical procedures Maintain accurate, clear clinical notes Collaborate with the dental team to ensure smooth patient experiences Flexible schedule (2â4 days/week) Supportive team and modern technology Duties Perform general dentistry procedures including examinations, cleanings, fillings, crowns, and extractions Conduct oral surgery and root canal therapy with precision and adherence to aseptic techniques Assess patient needs through thorough patient care and patient assessment protocols Provide pediatric dentistry services tailored to childrenâs dental health needs Engage in four-handed dentistry practices to enhance efficiency and patient comfort Maintain infection control standards and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations Educate patients on dental health, treatment options, and preventive care Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless dental office operations and accurate medical records management Requirements Valid dental license to practice in Colorado Strong knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, medical terminology, and infection control protocols Excellent patient care skills with a focus on patient assessment and education Knowledge of medical imaging techniques and dental fabrication processes Demonstrated understanding of HIPAA compliance and medical documentation standards Prior experience working in a dental clinic or similar environment is preferred This position offers a rewarding career opportunity for licensed dentists committed to delivering exceptional oral healthcare in a friendly community setting.
