What You’ll Do: Assist our orthodontists during procedures, including braces adjustments, fitting braces, dental impressions and taking X-rays Educate patients on caring for their smiles and orthodontic appliances Sterilize instruments according to OSHA standards Keep the clinical area clean, organized, and efficient Support a positive, collaborative team environment What We’re Looking For: Dental or orthodontic experience preferred High school diploma required; dental records experience or certification a plus Current Delaware X-Ray Certification preferred — if you don’t have one, we’ll provide study materials and pay for your exam!
