The Opportunity We’re looking for an Associate Dentist who loves clinical excellence, clear communication, and calm, organized days. You’ll handle everything from emergencies to comprehensive and cosmetic care. You’ll join a supportive team that values growth, systems, and patient experience above all. Key Responsibilities ● Perform comprehensive exams, diagnosis, and treatment planning. ● Provide high-quality restorative, emergency, and basic cosmetic dentistry. ● Present treatment options in clear, simple language patients understand. ● Use digital X-rays, intraoral cameras, scanners, and CBCT to guide care. ● Work closely with assistants, hygienists, and the front office to keep days on time. ● Document clearly and completely in the practice management system. What We’re Looking For ● DMD/DDS from an accredited program. ● Valid Kentucky dental license (or in process). ● Strong clinical foundation in restorative and emergency dentistry. ● Clear, kind chairside communication. ● Calm under pressure and comfortable with busy days. ● Coachable, growth-minded, and open to feedback. ● Team-first attitude and strong sense of ownership. ● Excited to keep expanding your skills in areas like molar endo, surgery, and implants. Preferred Qualifications (Nice to have, not deal-breakers.) ● Confident with molar endo (or actively building toward it). ● Comfortable with surgical extractions . ● Experience placing and restoring single-tooth implants .
