Dental Assistant - Oral and Maxillofacial Surgical Consultants - Edina, MN

Sign on Bonus of $3000 Oral and Maxillofacial Surgical Consultants, a Twin Cities oral surgery group practice is searching for a full time Licensed Dental Assistant. Hours: Monday through Thursday 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Friday 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. OMSC employees have the option to work 4 days/week or 4 days/every other week or 5 days per week. This position will support the Doctors with delegated job duties that include: Direct Patient Care: pre-op, surgical assisting, circulating, recovery and discharge. Cleaning and sterilization of instruments Tray set up Stocking of rooms X-Rays (Panorex and CBCT) Follow-up with patients on their post op care Other duties as assigned We are seeking an LDA who has a passion for patient care. Candidate must possess strong written and verbal communication skills, proven organizational skills, and show a demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment while providing quality care to patients. Travel to Edina, Wayzata, Savage and Chanhassen offices will be required at times. Current BLS and Minnesota Board of Dentistry License required, Sedation certification a plus.
