What You’ll Do: Assist our pediatric dentist during dental procedures, ensuring both patient comfort and clinical efficiency. Provide gentle and caring support to children and their families, helping them feel at ease during their visit. Prepare and sterilize dental instruments, ensuring a safe and clean environment for each patient. Take and develop dental X-rays as needed, following all safety protocols. Educate patients and parents on proper oral hygiene techniques, preventive care, and post-treatment instructions. Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and maintaining patient records. Work collaboratively with our dedicated dental team to provide the best care for our pediatric patients. What We’re Looking For: Experience and Education: Completion of an accredited dental assistant program. Experience in pediatric dentistry is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right candidate! Compassionate Nature: A love for working with children and making dental visits a positive experience. Strong Communication Skills: Ability to explain procedures clearly and comfortingly to both children and their parents.
