About Us 803 Dental is a modern, growing general and family dental office in Fort Mill, SC. We focus on providing excellent patient care in a welcoming environment. We currently have 3 fully equipped operatories (6 total), advanced technology including CBCT and intraoral scanning, and weâre expanding our team as we grow. Position Summary We are seeking a reliable, highly punctual Dental Assistant with strong clinical skills to join our close-knit team. The ideal candidate is experienced in both general dentistry and surgical/implant procedures, can work independently, and is eager to continue growing their skills. Our office runs lean, so weâre looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, supports the team, and can be trusted to take ownership of their role. Key Responsibilities Arrive on time, ready to start the day â punctuality and reliability are essential Provide advanced chairside assistance for general, restorative, surgical, and implant procedures Confident with implant workflow: surgical setup, bone graft/overdenture setups, torque verification, and implant restorative steps Take and process digital x-rays (Jazz sensor) and CBCT scans (RayScan) Use intraoral scanner (Medit i600) for impressions and digital workflows Manage sterilization, room turnovers, and OSHA/HIPAA compliance Assist with patient education, treatment explanations, and post-op instructions Track and organize lab cases, communicate with labs as needed Step in to support front desk when necessary (phones, scheduling, payments) Qualifications SC Dental Radiology Certification required Minimum 2 years dental assisting experience (general dentistry required; surgical/implant experience strongly preferred) Familiarity with CBCT and intraoral scanning a plus Proven track record of punctuality, reliability, and professional communication Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask Team-oriented mindset â flexible to support all areas of a small but growing practice Why Join Us?
