Position Summary We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Registered Dental Hygienist to join our growing practice. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive dental hygiene care, including prophylaxis, scaling, root planing, and application of fluoride and sealants Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care Take and interpret digital radiographs as needed Accurately document treatment notes and patient progress in electronic health records Collaborate with doctors and dental team members to ensure high-quality patient care Maintain compliance with OSHA, CDC, and infection control protocols Qualifications Active New Jersey Registered Dental Hygienist license Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to build rapport with patients and team members Detail-oriented with a commitment to providing excellent care CPR certification preferred Schedule & Compensation Flexible scheduling available (full-time or part-time opportunities) Compensation differs by experience Why Join Us?
