Join Our Team! We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as an Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator. In this role you will be responsible for effectively explaining the benefits of our orthodontic services to potential patients, guiding them through the treatment process, and closing the sale for orthodontic treatment. Main Responsibilities: Communicate with patients to understand their needs and address any concerns they may have regarding their smile Clearly explain treatment options presented by the doctor and assist patients in making the most informed decision on their orthodontic care Provide comprehensive information about the benefits and advantages of our services, creating a strong value proposition Present treatment fees and financial options to patients and their families Build and maintain relationships with new and existing patients, cultivating trust and loyalty Qualifications: Proven track record in sales or consultative selling roles is preferred High school diploma or equivalent required Excellent communication, customer service, and problem solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress Organized and able to complete tasks independently and as part of a collaborative team Strong time management skills to meet frequently changing demands and needs Excellent telephone skills and proficient computer and internet skills A solution driven individual who enjoys guiding patients through their orthodontic treatment every step of the way Benefits: A 4 1/2 day work week Starting pay based on experience plus bonus opportunities 401(K) Retirement Plan Health Insurance Orthodontic Benefits Opportunities for advancement Job Type: Full-time Salary: From $18-$25 per hour If you are passionate about helping individuals achieve their dream smile and possess strong sales and people skills, we invite you to apply for the Orthodontic Treatment Coordiantor position!
