What You’ll Do Assist chairside for general, restorative, and functional dental procedures Capture digital x-rays and intraoral scans (iTero or similar) Handle sterilization, infection control, and operatory turnover Educate patients and provide exceptional customer service Support front-office tasks (phones, check-in/out, scheduling in Curve Dental) Help develop and refine protocols as we launch our new office Requirements 6+ months of dental assisting experience preferred (strong externs/new grads welcome) Current North Carolina X-Ray Certification (or ability to obtain before start date) Eagerness to learn new technology quickly (full Curve Dental training provided) Positive attitude, reliability, and teamwork mindset Passion for continuous growth and delivering outstanding patient care Compensation & Benefits $18–$22/hour (DOE) Bonus opportunities Health and dental insurance (after 6 months) Paid time off and holidays Uniform allowance CE reimbursement and support toward DANB CDA or Expanded Functions Significant growth potential as a founding team member Be part of building a practice that redefines what dental care—and workplace culture—can be.
