Job Summary Our client is looking for an Associate General Dentist already practicing Holistic Dentistry or open to training and mentorship in Holistic Dentistry to join their thriving holistic dental. Currently serving 90+ new patients monthly as the only holistic office within an 80-mile radius. Ideal for an associate with 1â3 yearsâ experienceâor someone eager to be trained and mentored in holistic dentistry. THIS OPPORTUNITY OFFERS A FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE WITHIN OUR OFFICE HOURS OF M-F 9AM-6PM, WITH A STARTING YEARY SALARY POTENTIAL OF $180K+ BENEFITS Equity potential 401k Flexible schedule RESPONSIBILITIES Provide comprehensive, patient-centered holistic dental care, including metal-free restorations, ceramic implants, and biocompatible treatments. Follow the holistic treatment philosophy, integrating complementary modalities like laser therapy, ozone, PRF, and nutritional guidance when appropriate. Educate and guide patients through their dental and overall wellness journey. Collaborate with the lead dentist and clinical team to maintain high efficiency in a busy, high-volume practice. Contribute to treatment planning and case management, ensuring a seamless patient experience. Participate in mentoring and training opportunities to develop skills in holistic dentistry (if applicable). QUALIFICATIONS DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school & board certified. 1â3 years of dental experience preferred; holistic experience a plus but not required. Willingness to learn, be trained, and mentored in holistic dental practices. Knowledge of metal-free restorations, ceramic implants, and biocompatible materials a plus. Strong patient communication and education skills. Commitment to a patient-centered, whole-body health approach. Licensed to practice in Florida (or eligible for licensure). EXPECTATIONS As an Associate Dentist at a Holistic office, you will provide compassionate, patient-centered care to a health-conscious patient base, focused on whole wellness, delivering restorative and implant treatments, including simple extractions. Youâll work efficiently in two fully-equipped operatories, collaborating with the lead dentist and team, while educating patients on holistic options with empathy and clarity to ensure a positive, trust-filled experience.
