The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a dental setting and possess excellent organizational skills and a strong attention to detail. Job Type: Full-time Salary: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour Bonus based on performance Responsibilities: - Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience - Schedule and confirm patient appointments using dental office systems such as Softdent - Answer phone calls and address patient inquiries or concerns- Treatment plan coordination Help formulate an accurate cost estimate for the required treatment and present it to the patients effectively and close the treatment plan - Verify insurance coverage and assist with insurance claims processing - Maintain patient records and update necessary information in the system - Coordinate with dental assistants and hygienists to ensure smooth patient flow - Collect and process payments for services rendered - Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents Requirements: - Previous experience working as a dental receptionist role preferred Minimum of 2 years experience - Strong administrative and organizational skills - Excellent customer service and communication skills - Proficiency in using dental office systems such as Softdent - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Attention to detail and accuracy in handling patient information - Be knowledgeable with iTero scanning and x ray certified a plus We offer competitive pay based on experience.
