Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our reputable dental in our beautiful Snohomish county practice on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive dental care, ensuring patient comfort and satisfaction while maintaining the highest standards of clinical excellence. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work in a collaborative environment utilizing advanced dental technology and techniques. The successful applicant will be responsible for delivering a wide range of dental services, including general dentistry, pediatric dentistry, oral surgery, endodontics, prosthodontics, and more, with a focus on patient-centered care and infection control. The position is for Monday through Thursday with some Fridays. Minimum would be 4 days a week. -2 years of experience is recommended but not required -Unique opportunity with 25+ new patients for the associate per month . -Training in oral surgery, Invisalign is recommended and we mentor our doctors to get started -No evenings required -Flexible schedule Responsibilities Perform comprehensive dental examinations and assessments using dental terminology and medical documentation standards. Deliver various dental treatments such as dental extractions, root canal therapy, prosthodontics, and other restorative procedures. Utilize dental imaging and medical imaging tools to diagnose and plan treatment strategies effectively. Apply aseptic techniques and infection control protocols to ensure patient safety and compliance with HIPAA regulations. Conduct pediatric dentistry procedures with expertise in pediatrics and oral surgery when necessary. Engage in four-handed dentistry practices to optimize efficiency and patient comfort during procedures. Maintain accurate medical records and document treatments following medical terminology standards. Educate patients on oral health, treatment options, and post-treatment care to promote optimal patient care outcomes. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless patient care delivery within the dental clinic environment. Stay current with advancements in general dentistry, endodontics, prosthodontics, and other specialties to enhance clinical skills.
