Who We’re Looking For Someone who: Connects well with patients and helps them feel calm and supported Brings positive, patient-focused energy to the office Communicates clearly, kindly, and professionally Is organized, reliable, and able to stay composed in a clinical setting Has dental assisting experience — or the right attitude and eagerness to learn (Bonus) Has experience with sedation dentistry or EFDA skills — not required but a plus What You’ll Do Assist the dentist chairside during a variety of procedures Help create a safe, comfortable environment for patients — especially those with special needs or dental anxiety Prepare, sterilize, and organize instruments and treatment rooms Support IV sedation or premedication appointments (training provided) Take radiographs and maintain accurate clinical records Manage supply inventory and help keep the clinical area running smoothly Play an important role in shaping the patient experience as our office grows Schedule & Compensation Hours: Monday–Thursday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM Pay: $25–$30/hr , depending on experience Family-owned practice (non-corporate) How to Apply (Read Carefully) Please email your resume to: hello@atlsedationdentistry.com We will begin reaching out for interviews by December 8th.
