This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to start a long-term career in orthodontics —many team members who start in this role transition into a Chairside Orthodontic Assistant position within several months . No orthodontic experience? No problem. We’ll train you! We’re looking for someone who is: Responsible, reliable, and detail-oriented Positive, uplifting, and energetic “Team first” in everything they do Either already RDA-licensed or planning to obtain their license. What You’ll Do: As a Sterilization Assistant, you’ll be a key part of our clinical team and build foundational skills that can launch a lifelong orthodontic career. You will: Operate and maintain sterilization equipment Clean and set up clinical units before and after appointments Fold, package, and process instruments Keep dental units fully stocked and organized Assist in preparing for upcoming clinical days Support the flow of the clinic so patients are seen smoothly and on time Contribute to our Legendary Gluck Experience by interacting with patients and families in a friendly, upbeat way This is an excellent position for someone who wants to grow, learn, and eventually transition into hands-on chairside assisting.
