Responsibilities Assist the doctor with a full range of general dentistry procedures Maintain a warm, welcoming atmosphere to ensure exceptional patient experiences Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and follow all infection-control protocols Take high-quality digital X-rays and intraoral photos Review treatment plans and help patients feel informed and comfortable Maintain accurate patient records and assist with charting, including use of EMR. Our office uses Dentrix Take and make calls to patients, specialist offices, labs, etc. to coordinate treatment and care for patients Support front office team members as needed to ensure smooth daily flow Contribute to a collaborative, team-oriented culture where everyone helps each other succeed Qualifications Up-to-date RDA license for California for those who are RDAs CPR certification X-ray Certified Basic computer skills (email, scan, etc.) Strong communication and people skillsâmust enjoy interacting with patients Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Friendly, positive attitude and genuine desire to provide outstanding patient care Experience in general dentistry is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person Benefits Competitive pay Profit sharing Paid time off & holidays Retirement plan with employer matching Uniform allowance A supportive, upbeat team committed to growth and patient-centered care Why Youâll Love Working Here Weâre more than just a dental practiceâweâre a team that treats each other like family.
