This is a Full Time Position offering Flexible hours with Office Hours 7:30-5:30 and a starting Salary of $30/Hourly +15% of Productions BENEFITS Health Insurance Dental PTO/ Sick Days Hiring Bonus & additional Bonus Structure Flexible & Rotating Schedule Company Credit Card QUALIFICATIONS Licensed dental hygienist with proven experience in preventive care, including cleanings and periodontal assessments Strong patient education skills to effectively communicate oral health practices Comfortable presenting treatment recommendations and participating in coaching opportunities Experience with basic sterilization protocols and strict infection control standards Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with patients and team members Positive attitude, detail-oriented, and committed to continuous professional growth Adaptable to a fast-paced, patient-centered practice culture Laser certification, or willingness to obtain Oral-systemic and airway-focused, or willingness to be trained and integrate these protocols EXPECTATIONS As a dental hygienist in this practice, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional preventive care, including performing cleanings, conducting periodontal assessments, educating patients on oral hygiene, and supporting the dentist during exams.
