This loyalty, we feel, speaks volumes about the level of personalized treatment we provide. Dental Administrator We have an opening for a full time Dental Receptionist. Experience in a dental office, & use of Dentrix is preferred. We are seeking a candidate that is professional, friendly, team oriented and great at multi-tasking. Responsibilities: · Greet patients and provide excellent customer service · Manage patient check-in and check-out · Schedule and confirm appointments efficiently · Handle phone calls and patient inquiries · Verify insurance benefits and copays · Maintain accurate patient records · Entering in new patient forms and filling it out on the patients chart · Documenting medical history · Documenting everything that is being said when making a dental appointment · Support daily office operations and assist the dental team as needed Requirements: · Experience in a dental office required · Knowledge of dental terminology and insurance · Knowledge on verifying patients on different insurance portals and over the phone if need may be. · Knowledge on how to calculate co-insurance, deductibles and calendar year maximums · Strong communication and organizational skills · Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment · Professional, positive attitude and strong work ethic Job Type: Full-time Pay: $19.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) matching Dental insurance Employee discount Paid time off Vision insurance Application Question(s): Can you explain the difference between PPO and HMO dental insurance?
