Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing high-quality dental care and will possess a comprehensive understanding of various dental procedures. This role requires a commitment to patient care, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment. Duties Perform comprehensive dental examinations and assessments to diagnose oral health conditions. Provide a range of dental services including preventive care, restorative treatments, and emergency procedures. Conduct endodontic treatments, pediatric dentistry, and dental extractions as needed. Utilize Dentrix software for accurate medical documentation and patient record management. Implement aseptic techniques during all dental procedures to ensure patient safety. Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to deliver exceptional patient care. Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive measures for maintaining optimal dental health. Stay current with advancements in dentistry through continuous education and professional development. Qualifications Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution. Valid state dental license with the ability to practice in the designated location. Experience or training in endodontics, pediatric dentistry, prosthodontics, oral surgery, and medical documentation is preferred. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages, including pediatrics. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in clinical practices. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of care.
