Qualifications and Skills High School Diploma or equivalent (Required) Experience in a dental office (Highly Preferred) Customer Service/Sales/Communication Skills Computer Skills (Excel, Word) Job Responsibilities Work closely with the dentist and patients throughout the DSM treatment process Fabricate and design dental devices Document patient encounters Facilitate treatment by obtaining digital scans, fitting devices, giving instructions to patients, and following up with their treatment and care Provide patient education through the treatment process and establish expectations of patient experience Verbal and written communications with physicians Enjoy positive interactions and patient feedback while you help patients breathe better, live better and live longer!
