Position Overview We are seeking a dependable and motivated Dental Office Team Member who can work in the front office , float to the back office , and help maintain cleanliness throughout the office . This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in organization, cleanliness, and supporting both patients and teammates. Key Responsibilities Front Office Duties Greet patients and provide excellent customer service Answer phones and schedule appointments Verify insurance, collect payments, and assist with billing Maintain accurate patient records Back Office / Clinical Support Sterilize instruments following proper infection control protocols Assist with operatory setup and room turnover Stock and organize clinical supplies Office Cleaning & Organization Clean and disinfect operatories, front desk, and common areas daily Empty trash, wipe surfaces, and maintain a tidy, professional office environment Assist with end-of-day cleaning and closing duties Follow OSHA and infection control standards at all times Qualifications Dental office experience preferred (front or back office) Willingness to float between roles and assist with cleaning duties Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail Friendly, professional, and team-oriented attitude Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment What We Offer Supportive, respectful, and team-focused workplace Competitive pay based on experience Training and growth opportunities Job Type: Full-time Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 37 per week Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location: In person
