We Are Looking for The Following Skill Sets · Experience - We prefer several years of experience for this position, but we are definitely willing to train people with no experience who have positive attitudes and a great work ethic. · Quick learner - We need someone who can learn and adapt and who is constantly seeking to be better. · Excellent people skills - Success in your role will greatly depend on your ability to relate and connect to the patients in Washington and your fellow team members. · Attitude - Positivity is infectious. Responsibilities · Their primary responsibility is chair side assisting and treatment of our patients The position requires great verbal skills, attention to detail, and strong customer service skills · Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures · Setup and breakdown operatory post treatment · Take dental radiographs (x-rays) · Manage infection control - prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment · Provide patients with instructions for oral care following all dental treatment procedures · Perform various office tasks · Explaining treatment plans for patients Office hours are 7:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday with a 1 hour scheduled lunch break.
