Permanent Dental Assistant Job in Iowa City, IA
Hawkeye Family Dental has an opening for a Dental Assistant. We are looking for a fun, energetic person to join our team. Our office is small and cozy with a great family atmosphere. Responsibilites for this position include: Assisting the doctor chair side for various dental procedures. Taking dental x-rays. Sterilization of instruments and operatories. Follow infection control protocols. Enter information into patients health records via electronic heatlh records systems. Interact with patients in a courteous and professional manner. Perform office tasks as needed. Position averages 34-38 hours per week on a 4 day work week. We offer paid time off, 401k, health insurance, etc. Experience would be a plus, but will train the right person from scratch. Previous experience in a dental office or healthcare environment a plus.
