Permanent Dental Hygienist Job in Kettering, OH
Responsibilities: - Perform dental hygiene procedures, including cleaning, scaling, and polishing teeth -Take X-rays -Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and provide personalized recommendations - Administer local anesthesia and nitrous oxide as needed - Document patient treatment plans, progress, and notes in electronic dental record systems such as Dentrix - Collaborate with the dental team to ensure efficient and effective patient care Skills: - Valid dental hygiene license in Ohio - Proficiency in using dental software systems such as Dentrix - Excellent communication skills to educate and interact with patients - Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records - Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with other dental professionals Job Type: Part-time Pay: $40.90 - $47.96 per hour Expected hours: 18 per week Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Employee discount Flexible schedule Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Ability to Commute: Kettering, OH 45420 (Required) Ability to Relocate: Kettering, OH 45420: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
