Lead Dental Assistant - Canton Smile Studio - Baltimore, MD

We are seeking a Lead Dental Assistant for our beautiful office in the Canton neighborhood of Baltimore! Free parking available, very close to I-95. This person would be responsible for training new hires, OSHA compliance and office cleanliness, managing inventory and lab orders, administrative tasks, reporting daily to the office manager and lead dentist, and strategic planning for the office. The ideal candidate would: have at least two years of dental assisting experience with Radiology License have experience managing people be hard working be team player and foster new team members train new hires love dentistry Requirements: We are looking for a dental assistant for 4- 5 days per week, no weekends :) WILLING TO TRAIN the right person to grow into this position, but would prefer someone who has experience with oral surgery, intraoral scanners, placing invisalign attachments, cosmetic dentistry etc...
