The Role: As a Dental Assistant/ Receptionist, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting patients throughout their treatment journeys. You'll help patients understand their treatment plans, coordinate appointments, manage billing, and make high-value treatment options accessible. Responsibilities: Be a friendly and empathetic point of contact for patients, discussing treatment plans and guiding them through financial arrangements.
