What Youâll Do Provide attentive, high-quality chairside assisting for a full range of general dentistry procedures Maintain, or reestablish your own, back-office flow, helping shape systems that keep the clinical side of the practice organized, efficient, and calm Order and manage dental supplies, keeping inventory well-stocked and cost-effective Help manage and track restorative, orthodontic, and appliance cases, ensuring seamless communication with labs and timely follow-through for both the team and our patients Maintain clean, organized treatment rooms and support sterilization and infection control protocols Build meaningful, trusting relationships with patients and help ensure they feel comfortable, cared for, and informed Collaborate closely with our dentists and team to keep the day running smoothly and ensure the patient experience is consistently excellent What We Offer A supportive, stable office with a long-standing patient base A positive workplace centered around respect, communication, and kindness Competitive compensation (DOE) Benefits include medical insurance contributions, up to 16 days PTO, 401k with 4% match, CE reimbursement and Profit Sharing.
