Are you fluent in "Toddler," capable of discussing Bluey episodes at length, and a master of the magical art of distraction? Keiki Smiles of Leeward is looking for an experienced Dental Assistant to join our fast-paced, glitter-filled pediatric team! We take our dentistry seriously, but we don’t take ourselves too seriously. We are an established practice, meaning we have our systems down pat—we just need the right personality to complete the puzzle. The Gig: Assisting Dr. with procedures (while humming Disney tunes). Taking X-rays on wiggly patients (ninja reflexes required). Educating parents on hygiene without sounding like a boring textbook. Sterilization, setup, and breakdown (the un-glamorous but vital stuff). You Must Have: 5 years of experience (Pediatric preferred, but we love converting general DAs to the "dark side"). The ability to explain a root canal in a way that doesn't terrify an 8-year-old. Thick skin (kids say the darndest, honest things) and a warm heart.
