Job Overview Our client is seeking a proactive, pre-emptive thinker to join our dental team. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of clinical experience and be comfortable working with digital x-rays, digital impressions, digital charting, and scheduling systems. Responsibilities include chairside assisting, supporting implant procedures under the guidance of the dentist, and ensuring a smooth, efficient patient experience. This is for a Full Time position with the hours of M-TH 7AM-5PM & F 7AM -2PM, with starting compensation from $30-$40/hourly Benefits Health Insurance- 50% paid by company $500/year for CE PTO - 4weeks Aggressive Signing Bonus, paid after 6 months, with multi-year contract Responsibilities Assist the dentist during dental procedures, including sedation cases, ensuring patient safety and comfort. Prepare and maintain dental instruments, materials, and equipment before, during, and after treatments. Take and process digital dental X-rays accurately, adhering to radiation safety protocols. Monitor and manage sedation equipment and patient sedation records as per legal and clinical standards. Maintain infection control and sterilization procedures in compliance with health regulations. Support patient education regarding oral hygiene, treatment procedures, and post-operative care. Manage patient records, appointments, and assist in administrative tasks as needed. Qualifications Valid dental assistant certification/license. Current sedation license/certification and experience assisting with sedation dentistry. Proficient in taking and processing digital dental X-rays. Strong knowledge of infection control and sterilization protocols. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in digital x-rays, digital impressions, digital charting, and scheduling systems Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
