We are looking for a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our orthodontic office ! What We’re Looking For: ✅ Excellent communication and customer service skills ✅ Experience with Carestream/Orthotrac is a plus, but not required ✅ Previous receptionist experience in the dental field is required ✅ Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Responsibilities Include: Greeting and checking in patients Scheduling appointments Answering phone calls and assisting with inquiries Maintain and update patient records in the office management system Assist with administrative tasks such as scanning, filing, and organizing documents Communicate with orthodontist, assistants, and other team members to ensure smooth office operations Working Hours: Rotating Schedule Monday-Thursday 9am-6pm or Tuesday-Friday 9am-6pm (Fridays 8am-5pm) One Saturday (8am-12pm) every 8 weeks (not in the summer).
