UPDATED HOURLY WAGE!!!! We are seeking a skilled, Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team for a full time position. Our office hours are Monday-Thursday 7:45 am-5 pm. Bonus program incentives. The ideal candidate must be knowledgeable in infection control, and general dentistry practices. Experience with medical records, Eaglesoft, dental clinic operations, and aseptic techniques is highly desirable. Duties - Perform dental hygiene procedures following the dentist's guidance - Conduct oral health assessments and create treatment plans - Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care - Take dental x-rays - Maintain accurate patient records using electronic health record systems - Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and aseptic techniques Experience - Degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program - State of Iowa licensure as a Dental Hygienist - Proficiency in using dental software - Strong knowledge of general dentistry procedures - Excellent communication skills and ability to educate patients on oral health care - Prior experience working in a dental clinic is preferred Join our team of dedicated professionals and contribute to providing quality dental care to our patients.
