Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Pediatric Dentist who is interested in a low-volume almost entirely fee-for-service practice where there is a strong focus on prevention and relationship building. We strive to create patients who are prepared to be caries-free adults with caries risk assessments and oral hygiene instruction. We desire a candidate who is willing to offer more products than only fluoride to include curodont, sdf, ozone, arginine, nanohydroxyapatite, or whatever the literature supports. It is also important to be willing to learn airway screening for appropriate referrals for myofunctional therapy and early expansion. The Pediatric Dentist will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional care in a supportive environment committed to ongoing professional development. Requirements: Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited institution. Valid state dental license with pediatric dentistry specialization or certification. Pay: $70,000.00 - $500,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
