About Us Smile Makeover is a high-end cosmetic dental practice in Richardson, Texas, focused on life-changing smile transformations. Our patients are investing in confidence, self-esteem, and long-term oral health—not just “teeth.” We run strong social media and digital campaigns, and you’ll be the trusted face they meet first on video. We’re looking for a Treatment Coordinator who loves people, understands cosmetic dentistry, and knows how to guide patients from “curious” to “confident and ready to start.” Position Overview This is a patient-facing, sales-focused role . You will handle virtual/video consultations with new patients who are interested in cosmetic treatments (veneers, smile makeovers, implants, etc.). Your job is to: Build trust quickly on video Learn what patients really want Educate them on treatment options Confidently present fees and financing Help them say “yes” to starting treatment Key Responsibilities Conduct scheduled video consultations with new cosmetic patients (via Zoom or similar platform) Review patient photos/smiles on camera and discuss their concerns, goals, and insecurities Clearly explain cosmetic treatment options (veneers, crowns, smile makeovers, whitening, etc.) in simple, relatable language Present treatment plans, fees, and financing options in a confident, empathetic way Handle questions and concerns around value, timing, and investment (without discounting the quality of care) Build strong rapport and trust so patients feel excited and safe choosing our office Follow up with leads by phone, text, and email to keep cases moving forward Coordinate next steps with the doctor and team (consult visits, records, start dates) Document all conversations and statuses accurately in the practice software/CRM Work closely with the doctor to refine your communication and case presentation skills What We’re Looking For Must-Haves: Cosmetic dental office experience REQUIRED 1–2+ years in a dental office as a treatment coordinator, front desk, or similar role Familiarity with cosmetic treatments (veneers, crowns, implants, smile makeovers, Invisalign/ortho, etc.) Sales-minded communicator Comfortable talking about higher-ticket treatment plans Confident presenting fees and overcoming hesitation in a respectful way On-camera confidence You’re comfortable on video and can make patients feel like they’re talking to a trusted friend, not a salesperson Strong emotional intelligence: you listen, you empathize, and you know how to connect Excellent spoken and written communication Tech-comfortable (video platforms, texting systems, practice software, basic computer skills) Big Plus (but not required): Experience closing larger treatment plans ($10k–$30k+) Background in cosmetic or high-end practices Experience with financing platforms (CareCredit, Sunbit, Proceed, etc.) Personality Fit You’ll do well in this role if you: Love talking to people and hearing their story Can balance empathy + confidence when discussing cost and value Are motivated by helping patients make a big, positive change in their life Like structure and tracking your follow-ups, calls, and case acceptance Enjoy working in a practice that takes marketing and patient experience seriously Schedule & Compensation Full-time position (in-office, Richardson, TX) Some flexibility for later afternoons/early evenings to match patient availability for video consults Competitive base pay + performance-based bonuses tied to treatment acceptance Opportunities for training, growth, and working closely with a cosmetic dentist focused on premium results (Exact pay range will be discussed during the interview and based on experience.)
