We are currently seeking a bilingual Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) with at least 1 year of clinical experience to join our growing team. Position Overview: We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented dental assistant who is fluent in both English and Spanish. The ideal candidate will be passionate about patient care, enjoy working in a team-oriented setting, and bring energy and professionalism to the role. We would also love someone with some social media experience to help us grow on social media. Responsibilities: Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures Set up and break down operatory rooms with proper infection control protocols Take and develop dental X-rays (digital) Perform intraoral scanning (experience with Primescan or similar preferred, training available) Educate patients on oral hygiene and postoperative care instructions Chart and document treatment accurately in Open Dental Maintain a clean and stocked clinical area Communicate effectively with patients in both English and Spanish Qualifications: Active Registered Dental Assistant license in the state of Texas Minimum 1 year of dental assisting experience Bilingual – fluent in English and Spanish (required) Current CPR certification Radiology certification Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience with digital dental software (Open Dental) is a plus What We Offer: Competitive pay based on experience Opportunities for professional development and learning A supportive and positive work environment Employee discounts on dental treatments and esthetic treatments How to Apply: If you're ready to grow with a modern, patient-focused practice, we would love to meet you!
