What are we looking for in an Dental Assistant? * Dental Assisting Certificate that is current. * Preferably one year assisting experience. * Knowledge of Dentrix Software * Good communication skills. Able to explain needed treatment to patients. * Self-motivated and enthusiastic about dentistry. * Open minded to change and is curious about ways to improve the practice. * Nitrous certified and experienced using intraoral scanning device. * CPR certification is current. * Ortho experience a plus. * The position is a profession, not just a job. A strong sense of ownership and integrity. * Light hearted and likes to have fun.
